What Terrane means by a trading system

A system is an explicit set of conditions for entry, risk, exit, market, timeframe, and trade direction. The implementation and historical test should both trace back to that same approved specification. When a change is tested, it should become a new version instead of silently rewriting the original.

That discipline matters whether you code by hand, use a no-code tool, or ask AI to generate Pine Script. Clear rules make errors easier to spot and test results easier to interpret.
